The version of Kedushah that I found in a handwritten book described itself as:
The wording of the opening lines of Kedushah were expanded to include more of the text that appears in ספר ישעיהו. That it does include more of the text is not totally surprising since the הפטרה for פרשת יתרו, the Parsha in which the Torah is given to the Jewish People at Har Sinai comes from chapter 6 of ספר ישעיהו. However I have not been able to identify any other Sephardic Siddur or Siddur of any other Nusach that changed the wording of the opening of Kedushah to include these words.
