A Bar Ilan Digital Library search revealed one source that discussed these Brachot; a comment by Rabbi Yissachar b. Zvi Tamar (1896-1992) in his \u05e1\u05e4\u05e8 \u05e2\u05dc\u05d9 \u05ea\u05de\u05e8. He notes that it reflects an old Minhag Eretz Yisroel custom. He found a reference to that custom in a footnote that Professor Daniel Goldschmidt included in his edition of Shadal\u2019s (Samuel David Luzzatto) \u05de\u05d1\u05d5\u05d0 \u05dc\u05de\u05d7\u05d6\u05d5\u05e8 \u05e8\u05d5\u05de\u05d0.
